What is eCMS ?


An eCertificate Management System is a digital solution designed to simplify the creation, management, and distribution of electronic certificates. It helps every local governments particularly barangay office in handling various types of documents—such as barangay residency, barangay clearance, and certificate of good moral etc. in efficient and secured c+ompared to traditional paper-based methods.

This system mainly has functions on certificate creation and issuance, certificate management, workflow automation, integration and compatibility, security and compliance, reporting and analytics, where it greatly reduces manual processes, speeds up document handling, and minimizes errors, cuts down on paper, printing, and storage costs, allows remote access and collaboration, making it easier for users to work from different locations, and economically reduces paper usage, contributing to sustainability efforts. Moreover its greatest impact is on modernizing certificate handling by leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance.
