Payment Policy

Walk-In Payments Only

All payments for e-certificate services are to be made in person at the Barangay San Agustin Novaliches QC office. We do not accept online payments at this time.

Payment Location


Payments can be processed at the Barangay Treasurer's Office during regular business hours:


Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Accepted Payment Methods: 

Cash only.

We do not accept checks, credit cards, or other forms of electronic payment.


Payment Procedure

Visit the Barangay Treasurer’s Office and present your reference number or application details.

Pay the required fees for your e-certificate.

Once payment is confirmed, your e-certificate will be processed and available for print through the system.

Official Receipt

An official receipt will be issued after payment. Please retain this receipt as proof of payment for your records.

Refunds

Refunds for payments will not be issued unless there is a verifiable error on the part of the Barangay San Agustin Novaliches QC.
